We invite you to use this online application to become a Sustaining Member. Builder and Associate Members "sustain" the work of the HBA through their recurring dues payments. After a one-time onboarding fee that covers the annual cost of State and National dues, Sustaining Members pay a monthly fee by credit card or bank draft throughout the life of their membership. Sustaining Members receive a wide range of benefits and services and are the heart and soul of the Association. The annual cost of membership is $690, Which includes membership in the West TN Home Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Home Builders Association of Tennessee. Your membership in the West TN Home Builders Association is 3-in-1 and includes membership in the National Association of Home Builders and the Tennessee Association of Home Builders. While you may opt to pay your local dues monthly, your state and national dues are due with your application. Your one-time enrollment fee covers the full cost of your state and national dues during your first year as a "Sustaining Member". Your state and national dues are included in your automatic monthly dues for all subsequent years, so you never need to worry about missing a payment!

Remodelers Council Membership : $75.00
The Remodelers Council of provides valuable access to policies, practices and education that supports the creation of desirable building practices. Membership in the West TN HBA's Remodelers Council includes membership in the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council. Professional Women in Building Membership : $75.00
The Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) brings the power of professional women together and creates opportunities to build success. PWB is dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting members at the local, state, and national levels by offering networking and educational opportunities, legislative awareness and outreach and professional and personal development. Cornerstone Club Membership : $300.00
Cornerstone Club Members are recognized for their participation in Government Affairs and other activities that promote and strengthen the industry. In gratitude for their service and support, Cornerstone Members receive free tickets to select HBA events, as well as other perks throughout the year. Government Affairs Contribution : $85.00
Your contribution helps provide financial support for initiatives that advance the industry’s public policy interests. The goal of the fund is to improve the legal and regulatory climate for the home builders of West Tennessee. Your Government Affairs contributions help ensure that all funds raised through our BuildPAC are distributed to candidates whose positions are favorable to our industry. $75 for the Next 75 Years Donation : $75.00
The West TN HBA has been supporting the Home Building Industry and enriching communities across West Tennessee since 1945. Help celebrate our 75th Anniversary by making a $75 donation to our program fund. Donors will be recognized throughout the year.
