Thank you for your interest in being a part of the West Tennessee Home Builders Association - the only trade association in West TN dedicated to new home construction, remodeling and building professionals. We unite all segments of the housing industry and serve our members and the community by promoting quality housing through education and professionalism. Our members are the heart and soul of our association as Builder and Associate Members "sustain" the work of the HBA through their annual dues. After a one-time onboarding fee that covers the annual cost of State and National dues, members only pay the annual fee. Applying online allows you to pay by credit card. Remodelers Council Membership : $75.00
The Remodelers Council consists of home improvement contractors, suppliers, and service providers who are dedicated to their craft and to promoting the profession of remodeling. The council also provides valuable access to policies, practices and education that supports the creation of desirable building practices. Membership in the West TN HBA's Remodelers Council includes membership in the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council - which provides access to the information they need to stay on top of the latest legislative and regulatory issues. Professional Women in Building Membership : $75.00
The Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) brings the power of professional women together and creates opportunities to build success. PWB is dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting members at the local, state, and national levels by offering networking and educational opportunities, legislative awareness and outreach and professional and personal development. The annual fee includes membership in the NAHB’s PWB. Government Affairs Contribution : $85.00
Your contribution helps provide financial support for initiatives that advance the industry’s public policy interests. The goal of the fund is to improve the legal and regulatory climate for the home builders of West Tennessee. Your Government Affairs contributions help ensure that all funds raised through our BuildPAC are distributed to candidates whose positions are favorable to our industry.
