The Builder Standards Committee identifies the special needs associated with builders and develops programs and services to meet those needs. Members of this committee create, review, and update all WTNHBA contracts, warranties, agreements, etc. They also respond to issues of concern impacting builders and homeowners.
The committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, as needed.
