Event Description:
Join us for lunch and meet two candidates in the upcoming elections. Worth Morgan, candidate for Shelby County mayor, will be the first speaker for the April Government Affairs meeting. A Republican, Morgan has represented Memphis’ 5th City Council district since 2016. Our second speaker will be former Memphis City Councilman Brent Taylor. He is running for Tennessee State Senate District 31, the seat now held by departing Sen. Brian Kelsey.
Government Affairs Meetings are open to all members of the West TN Home Builders Association. This is a free event. However, since space is limited and lunch is served, pre-registration is required.
Members of the West TN Home Builders Association will receive 1.0 hours of Continuing Education Credit toward Residential Continuing Education (RCE) license renewal requirements.
