The Summit will begin with housing forecasts by Edsel Charles, founder of MarketGraphics Research Group, a nationally recognized leader in new home and residential development research. Paul Lopez, SVP of Communications and Public Affairs for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), will address the opportunity cost associated with failing to meet the demand for housing. The Summit will conclude with local perspectives by panels of experts, including:
