Important Information About Safety
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and pandemic situation, the West TN Home Builders Association has implemented enhanced health and safety measures and precautions for all guests. Although there is ample outdoor space to accommodate safe social distancing, it may be necessary throughout the evening to limit to number of guests inside each Vesta home.
We ask each guest to following the following health and safety protocols:
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death with senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions being especially vulnerable. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place with groups of people present. By visiting the Vesta Home Show, each visitor voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agrees to release the West TN Home Builders Association from any liability related to such exposure regardless of any action or inaction by another visitor or by an employee or volunteer of the West TN Home Builders Association.

- While mask are suggested throughout the show, they are required to be worn inside the homes by both staff, volunteers, and visitors.
- Please stay home if your are experiencing a fever, cough, or other symptoms of COVID-19, or have recently traveled to an area with a high number of COVID-19 cases.
- Practice social distancing by maintaining 6-FT distance for other visitors, staff, and volunteers.
- Observe posted visitor limits in each Vesta home.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer frequently.
